Hello, everyone! I’m busily finishing the first round of HOUSE RULES edits, and I thought I’d take a moment to answer the two most common questions I’ve been getting lately.<\/p>\n
There are three books in the Dark Elite series<\/a> (FIRESPELL<\/a>,\u00a0HEXBOUND<\/a>, and\u00a0CHARMFALL<\/a>. THE DARK ELITE<\/a> includes both FIRESPELL and HEXBOUND).<\/p>\n Unfortunately, there are no current plans for any further books in the series.<\/p>\n I have no idea. There are currently ten<\/strong> (1-10) books under contract. Any books beyond ten will depend on sales and, most importantly, whether I think Merit has more to tell and can continue growing as a character.<\/p>\n I had guessed at one point that it might take me 8 or 9 books to get through the story arc in my mind, but that was a very<\/em> uneducated guess made before I’d even published a single book (or written anything other than Some Girls Bite<\/a>.)<\/p>\n BITING COLD<\/a> (CV6) is currently on shelves.<\/p>\n HOUSE RULES<\/a> (CV7) will be published on\u00a0February 5, 2013.<\/p>\n BITING BAD (CV8) will be published on August 6, 2013.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Thanks!! xoxo<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Hello, everyone!
