It&#8217;s based on the whole &#8216;skytalis&#8217; dog-tag mythos: Spartan soldiers made battle bracelets from twigs &amp; broke them in two. One half was infused with the &#8220;wine&#8221; half of their soul, i.e. &#8220;human&#8221; half which knows love &amp; compassion etc, and was consigned to a battle priest for safekeeping. The &#8220;blood&#8221; half (the half which revels in slaughter etc) was tied to their wrists before they went into battle.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><span class=\"Apple-style-span\"  style=\"font-size:small;\"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms';\">Other than that it&#8217;s the whole query, query\u00a0&amp; more query treadmill.
