We’re less than a month away from the November 30, 2021 release of A SWIFT & SAVAGE TIDE<\/a> — the second Captain Kit Brightling novel!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we’ve talked about before, preorders are HUGE for authors. They’re lumped in with first week sales, and they’re a key metric that publishers use to determine whether a book was a “success.” They’re also what bestseller lists use. ANY format is awesome–ebook, paperback, whatever! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a thank-you for preordering Kit’s new adventure<\/a>, we’re giving away a goodie bag of stickers (Heirs and Kit Brightling), signed bookplates, and bookmarks (CV and Kit Brightling)! Here’s a sample, although bookmarks may vary depending on demand: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can order paperback copies from Chicago’s own The Ripped Bodice<\/a>, where we’ll celebrate with a Thursday, December 2 Virtual Release Party!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SECOND STEP:<\/strong> Send an email to krista@chloeneill.com with \u201cASST Preorder\u201d in the subject line. Include your name, physical mailing address, and a picture or screenshot of your receipt\u2013-but block out those credit card numbers, please!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rules and whatnot:<\/strong> Requests must be sent before 11:59 p.m. on December 3, 2021. One request per household. International requests are fine. As you may know, US mail is slooooow right now, so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
