(Yay!) \u00a0That means the book is almost out the door to become an ARC and then a published novel.\u00a0<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>But, I still have work to do: I&#8217;ve been line-editing, and there aren&#8217;t too many tweaks across the 358 pages, but there are a few things that I need to ensure are consistent across <a href=\"http:\/\/chloeneill.com\/sgb.htm\">CV1<\/a>\u00a0and <a href=\"http:\/\/chloeneill.com\/merit2.htm\">CV2<\/a>. The first copy of <a href=\"http:\/\/chloeneill.com\/sgb.htm\">Some Girls Bite<\/a> that I received has been put into service for this goal&#8211;it was quickly highlighted and tabbed as a kind of informal <a href=\"http:\/\/chloeneill.com\/canon.htm\">Canon<\/a> for the CV books. And someday, if I have time, I&#8217;m going to create a set of character profiles, one for each character, on a form I&#8217;ve created. (I&#8217;ll post that later this week for any interested writers out there).<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Now that the FNB deadline is done, and in advance of my October deadline for the manuscript for CV3, I can focus on the editorial request I just got today&#8211;for the first around of edits to <a href=\"http:\/\/chloeneill.com\/vm1.htm\">FIRESPELL<\/a>, the first book in my new young adult urban fantasy series, which will be released in January 2010. \u00a0Once I&#8217;m through those edits (3 weeks or so), I&#8217;ll post a teaser. You know I enjoy those.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Alright. I&#8217;ve day jobbed, dog-walked, 5K-trained, yard-tended, guest-blogged, blog-updated and website-updated myself out today.
