The first Chicagoland Vampires short story; anthology with Rachel Caine and others!

I am thrilled to announce that I’ll be contributing my first Chicagoland Vampires short story to KICKING IT: THESE BOOTES WERE MADE FOR STALKING, an anthology edited by the fabulous Faith Hunter and Kalayna Price.

The anthology also will feature stories by Rachel Caine, Rob Thurman, Lucienne Diver, Christina Henry, and Shannon K. Butcher.

KICKING IT will be published by Roc, and available in December 2013.

I’m still working through the final ideas for the Chicagoland Vampires contributing, but I am 90% sure it also will feature a couple who deserves a little screen time–Luc and Lindsey.

Sidenote: Only a few short years ago, I was fangirling over Rachel’s WEATHER WARDENS series, and now I’ll be in an anthology with her. In the words of Liz Lemon, what the what?!
