Facebook readers voted to name this year’s event the HUNGER BITES Food Drive. As food is near and dear to Merit’s heart–as is the city of
Chicago–all proceeds will, of course, be donated to help alleviate hunger in the Chicago metro area.
PLUS – Everyone who donates will have a chance to win one of two Chicagoland Vampires prize packs, including two ARCs of WILD THINGS! (I’ll mail out the ARCs for WILD THINGS separately, as I don’t have them yet.)My goal for this drive is to raise $2,500 for the food bank.
I’ll match every dollar donated, up to $2,500. That means we can potentially donate $5,000 to the food bank this year!
This is such a great opportunity to give something back to the city of Chicago, and I hope you’ll all consider participating.
