List: Publications to which I’d like to have subscriptions (but which are spendy)

I currently subscribe to InStyle and National Geographic. If I was willing to spend the dough, here are the spendy subscriptions I’d like to enjoy…

1. Codex: The self-proclaimed journal of typography ($27 per issue). I am a lover of fonts and typefaces, and  the phrase “vernacular typography” gave me chills.

2. Lucky Peach: A new food mag by McSweeney’s and the founder of Momofuku ($28.00)

3. McSweeney’s Quarterly Concern: Each quarterly issue of writings completely different (in form and format) than the last? Yes, please.  ($55.00 per year)

4. Uppercase: A Canadian magazine of typography and design. ($80.00 yearly)

5. PRINT: American graphic design magazine. ($40.00 yearly)

 

 

 

 

6. Wallpaper: Fashion, culture, travel, etc. ($55.00 yearly)
