We’re only ONE MONTH away from the November 17 US release of The Bright & Breaking Sea (!!!!), this is my semi-annual preorder plea. 
Preorders are a HUGE deal for authors, as they’re grouped together with first-week sales. That combined sales number is a HUGE deal for publishers, as it’s used to determine the “success” of an author and a book. It determines bestseller list numbers, and affects whether a publisher invests in future books. So if you can afford to preorder TBBS, it would be greatly appreciated!
