Weekend of Legend III – Twitter Contests Saturday and Sunday

As I discussed below, I’m very excited to be participating in Megan Hart and Lauren Dane’s Weekend of Legend III (#WOL3) on Twitter this weekend. (@chloeneill)

Basically, it will a weekend of writing and, in order to break up the work, fun giveaways on Twitter when we reach certain timelines.  The giveaways will be open internationally, but you have to have a Twitter account to play.

Please also read my general contest rules, including allowing 2-4 weeks for delivery of mailed items.

I do have a lot of writing to do, but also a lot of proofreading and packing up materials for RT Booklovers, which is only two weeks away! Thus, my milestones will be mixed:

Saturday

• Proofread first 170 pages of BITING BAD.
  • Giveaway = Chicagoland Vampires Flip-Flops (Signed, if you prefer)  DONE!
• Pack bookmarks and swag for mailing to RT Booklovers staff.
  • Giveaway = $10 Amazon gift card  DONE!
• Write 2,000 words of WILD THINGS.
  • Giveaway = Chicagoland Vampires tote bag with signed copy of HOUSE RULES and swag DONE!

Sunday

• Proofread final 170 pages of BITING BAD.
  • Giveaway = Chicagoland Vampires Lunch Tote  (Signed, if you prefer) DONE!
• Write 2,000 words of WILD THINGS.
  • Giveaway = Chicagoland Vampires tote bag with signed copy of HOUSE RULES and swag DONE!

But how do I enter?

When I hit a milestone, I’ll post a note on Twitter and announce the beginning of the contest and the hashtag (#) phrase you’ll use to enter.

When I reach the next milestone, I’ll randomly pick a winner from the hashtag entries, and so on and so on . . .
