Yes, folks, it’s time again for the proud weekend tradition–Write Your A$$ Off, this time sponsored by the New York Writers’ Coalition. The event takes place beginning at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 12, 2010, and the NYWC web site has tons of information, including free prompts for that helpful Saturday morning writing kickstart. The challenge is to write 3,000 words on Saturday.
I’ll be participating, hoping to get out a big chunk of the fourth book in the Chicagoland Vampires series. If you plan to participate, leave me a comment, and I’ll post a list of the participants. I’ll check back in with you on Monday to see how you did!

This will be my first year participating! I've been writing on my itouch since my second daughter was born (lots of sitting and feeding time) it's amazing how the word count adds up over the course of a busy day. 3000 or bust!
Chloe you write your books pretty fast but I still seem to read them faster- how can we remedy this situation? 😉
