Two days to finish the edits for DRINK DEEP and get them off to my editor!
And for those of you who’ve wondered, the events of HARD BITTEN were planned many, many moons ago, and DRINK DEEP was written months before HARD BITTEN was released. There is a master plan at work!! 😉
yay, I bet that will be a load off your chest lol. How long does your editor actually give you to get the editing done? I can’t wait until you start giving us little teasers of Drink Deep, November can not come fatst enough:)

Thank God!! I’m really hoping you can bring this tragedy to a happy ending ’cause I was almost ready to throw away the book. Please don’t think I didn’t like it. I loved the book… well, until that awful thing happen.

I must say you made a gutsy move in hard bitten BUT i love you for it! I was shocked and upset but I am sooooo excited for the next book now. I don’t doubt you have a master plan, also something that happened right at the end of the book got my cogs moving and I’m thinking of all possible outcomes. Keep the amazing writing coming. It going to be a long 6 months, but the 1st november is my birthday, so now I have a present to look forward too 🙂

I’m relieved to hear there is a master plan and hope that you will not let your loyal fans down. I truly love this series and the main characters are the BEST! I was heartbroken but after re-reading it I have faith that you’ll do whats right for both of them…what they have is rare and should be treated as such. I think your a wonderful writer…well spirited even though I had rashed out when I first read the last installment I know that you’ll bring it around because who ever thought it would come to what it has so far. Love your work I am now looking forward to November.

I read Hard Bitten over the weekend barricading myself in my bedroom so I wouldn’t be disturbed. All I can say is… what an amazing emotional roller coaster, there were fits of giggles, insane frustration and quite a few tears… ending with a massive scream when the words on the page stopped.
Chloe Neill you certainly know how to leave us wanting more !
Have just read HB for a second time as I cant get the book out of my head, if deep drink is already written cant you get it out sooner, 5 and a half months is a long time. I’m hoping things will come good for Merit and have a few ideas for what might happen, but I think I’m being a little optimistic.
I totally loved HB but like every one else I was blind sided as I didn’t see that ending coming, I have faith and can’t wait until drink deep comes out, though it’s too long to wait until Nov and we have an extra week to wait in the Uk, so not fair!
Recently a group of my friends started a book club. After some research I decided to nominate Some Girls Bite. They thought it might be a little lacking for what we normally read; due to the title, but agreed to give it a try…. We read all 4 in the series for our MONTHLY book club. I was afraid to go to the meeting!! I thought they would come at me with torches and pitch forks. Needless to say I am on everyone’s list and they are pissed!!! Please up the release date. I can hardly stand the scowls I get in the school parking lot! Go Cadogan House!
I’m accord with the others… 6 months until Drink Deep!!! After this roller coaster (HB), we need more of Merit… this books are adictive!!! I want to read what happen with her!!!
