Part of what has made the long-running Chicagoland Vampires series a truly outstanding experience has been getting to really know Merit, Ethan and the rest of the gang. Sadly, all good things must come to an end, but Neill gives her iconic characters a fitting send-off! As a protagonist, Merit has come a long way — in part by discovering and fighting for her destiny, which has brought both great joy and sorrow. As with previous books, there is plenty of dark magic and chilling danger as Merit battles to save everything and everyone she loves. Major kudos to Neill for aseries of unforgettable adventures!
